Return & Exchange policy - For domestic orders

At Fabreve Bombay, we handcraft every piece with love and purity, along with ensuring strict quality checks before dispatch. 

Return Policy -

To be eligible:

  • You must record a full 360 degrees UNCUT unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. This video is mandatory as proof for any further claims
  • All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or through website messages, along with the unboxing video
  • Products must be in proper, original packaging with tags intact. Items without their original tags will not be accepted.
  • We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects to the product ( We conduct multiple levels of quality checks on our products for every single order)
  • Customers would be required to courier the product back to the Fabreve address post intimation of their request
  • We provide a maximum of Rs 100 as a reverse courier charge, once the product is received and inspected by our team
  • Once inspection is complete, we will intimate if the returns are approved or not
  • We will then issue a credit note for the same value, valid for future purchases on our website

Exchange Policy -

To be eligible:

  • You must record a full 360 degrees UNCUT unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package. This video is mandatory as proof for availing exchange of your order
  • All requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, email, or through website messages, along with the unboxing video
  • Products must be in proper, original packaging with tags intact. Items without their original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customers would be required to courier the product back to the Fabreve address post intimation of their request
  • Once inspection is complete, we will intimate if the exchange is approved or not
  • We will then issue a credit note for the same value, valid for future purchases on our website

Please Note:

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • The final decision on exchange or return lies with the Fabreve team after reviewing the claim and the product's original condition
